1920’s Renovation

This house project was developed as a renovation as opposed to tearing it down and building anew. The charming 1920s main building retains its original details and contains a new open plan kitchen, as well as an ensuite master bath. The rear building, a former 3 car garage, was transformed into an auxiliary studio space.

The home features all new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, as well as market-savvy space planning and finishes. Environmental features incorporated in the renovation are cellulose insulation and low-flow water fixtures, as well as VOC-free floor and wall finishes.
